  1. I bought a Ipad 3 in Singapore 23rd March 2012. As and for Carrier I got myself a M1 Prepaid Data card (Micro Sim). The card was purchased and loaded 18SGD data plan of 1GB/30 days. Unfortunately my travels bring me out side Singapore area as well. And I did not remove the M1 card until it had connected some other stations on roaming.
This brought the balance down (It Seemed) since after using Axis Indonesia card and upon return to covered area of M1 network I get signal on Carrier M1-3GSM 3G
But when attempting to do top-up I get message “Could not activate Cellular data network – You are not subscribed to a cellular Data Service” & “Cannot open page – Safari cannot open the page because it could not connect to the server”
BUT: when inserting the sim to my Nokia with adapter I can connect. And now I am able to see balance of 1884mb available after office ashore managed to top-up my number. But my Ipad still refuses to connect up to Data plan.
    What to do?
