Is the digit “9” which sounds like “久” a taboo that Microsoft avoided to name it’s next generation of Windows operating system ? Perhaps they are afraid that it will be another OS that people refuse to upgrade just like Windows XP.

Windows chief Terry Myerson and Joe Belfiore, head of PCs, tablets, and phones, both discuss Windows 10 at its first unveiling in San Francisco. There’s a look at how Windows 10 will work on touch machines, the new Start menu and interface changes, and an overview of the future of Windows.
