SIMBA Fibre Broadband costs $20 each month (before GST), and you pay for it every three months in advance.

How to Sign up
1. Get ready for your Singpass and click here.
2. Key in the postal code to verify the eligibility of the service address.
3. Once service address eligibility is verified, follow the steps stated to completion.
Note that for Phase 1, SIMBA Broadband is available to residential addresses in Changi, Pasir Ris, Loyang, Tampines, and Simei. If your service address is not in Phase 1, you may register your interest here.
Charges
The activation period depends on the date of the NLT setup appointment. You will receive an email with a unique link to choose your preferred date and time. The earliest date available is 10 working days from the registration date.
Your SIMBA Broadband service will be activated once the NLT setup and SIMBA ONT installation are completed.
SIMBA does not limit the number of fibre broadband you can sign up for. The only factor that limits your sign-ups is the number of available ports on your Termination Point. You could also request additional Fibre Termination Points if required. Note that there will be an additional charge for this request.
SIMBA Broadband is at $20 per month billed on a quarterly or annual basis in advance.
Upon registration, the payment is as follows:
For Quarterly Payment Plan:
$60.00 for three (3) months’ subscription fee in advance as the first billing cycle;
$60.00 as a security deposit;
$53.00 for Netlink Trust (“NLT”) charge (where applicable);
$50.00 for Optical Network Terminal (“ONT”) and onsite installation cost by SIMBA.
For Annual Payment Plan:
$240.00 for twelve (12) months’ subscription fee in advance as the first billing cycle;
$53.00 for Netlink Trust (“NLT”) charge (where applicable);
$50.00 for Optical Network Terminal (“ONT”) and onsite installation cost by SIMBA.

12 months contract
Subscription is based on every 3 months, the payment will be due 4 days before the new quarter starts. If there’s no successful payment, your fibre broadband will be suspended. To reconnect the service, there’ll be a charge of $20 (excluding prevailing GST).
Timeline as follow:
4 days before subsequent billing cycle: The registered credit card will be charged for subsequent billing cycle
1st day of new billing cycle: Suspension of Service
2nd day of new billing cycle: Notice of Service Termination
3rd day of new billing cycle: Notice of Service Termination
4th day of new billing cycle: Termination of Service
Early Termination
You will be charged for the remaining months if you wish to cancel our service within the 12 months contract period.
A deposit of $60 is required for quarterly payment plan.
Upon successful completion of the 12 months’ minimum contract period, where applicable, this security deposit will automatically be applied for your subsequent quarterly subscription(s) of SIMBA Broadband.
With effect from 1st January 2018, NetLink Trust(NLT) has imposed a service activation fee of $53 excluding prevailing GST for each residential end-user connection.
