Update 22/5/2019 The 2 GB limit is a a bug is resolved. You can surf at full speed.
After the first 2 GB is consumed for the day, it drops to 1 to 1.5 Mbps.
The speedtest app will show the meter goes up to 2 mbps before settling at 1 to 1.5 Mbps.
We downloaded Firefox app and the network meter show 1.6 Mbps
