Here are some Questions raised by readers, we asked Starhub and they have responded :

Q1 What happens when they exceed 25GB. Is it unlimited at slow speed ?

Q2 If they exceed 1000 minutes of calls or sms what happens ?

Ans: With our Rock ‘n’ Rollover data which lets customers roll over up to 25GB of unused data from their giga plan, it won’t be easy for them to exceed their data allocation. We also recommend that users customize their data usage alerts in the giga app at the ‘My data usage’ section, to keep track of their usage and avoid any unhappy moments.

If customers use up the data, mins or SMS in their plan before the next renewal date:

For data: They won’t be able to access data. But they can simply stack on our Data packs to continue using data

For voice calls: They won’t be able to make any outgoing calls, but they’ll continue to receive incoming calls for FREE

For SMS: They won’t be able to send any outgoing SMSes, but they’ll continue to receive incoming SMSes for FREE

#3. Does giga support HD voice

Ans: We currently do not offer HD voice , certainly, something we will consider as we move forward. It also does not support VoLTE.
