Android 16 is officially rolling out to the Aquos Wish5. To update, navigate to Settings > System Update and select “Check for updates.” The download will proceed in the background; once prompted, restart your device. Please note that the initial reboot may take longer than usual as the system optimizes for peak performance.
Although it is upgraded to Android 16, security patch still remains at Nov 2025. I hope Sharp can update it’s security updates monthly. If I am not mistaken, this is the first update available, the previous ones were for Play Sysytem Update.
