ZYM’s ROAM PLUS 4G subscription offers an exclusive 3-month access to 5G NSA connectivity. Regrettably, a technical glitch has impacted users who switched to this plan through porting, resulting in the temporary unprovisioning of their 5G service. As a consequence, affected subscribers were limited to accessing 4G+ connectivity only.
This occurrence solely affects individuals who ported in from non-Singtel lines and are eligible for the 3-month 5G NSA access.
Upon engaging in correspondence with ZYM via Facebook Messenger, it was resolved that the issue was rectified, and the 5G NSA service has been restored.
