ViewQwest, award-winning Telecommunications and
Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), streamlines its 10-Gigabit Symmetric Passive
Optical Network (XGS PON) home broadband services to a single, affordable 10Gbps plan at
an effective rate of $38.75/month over a two-year contract ($30/month for the first 10 months,
then $45/month thereafter).
Following an XGS-PON network upgrade two months ago, ViewQwest launched ViewQwest X,
a refresh of its consumer broadband lineup, offering speeds of up to 10Gbps. In alignment with
Singapore’s goal to connect half a million households to a 10Gbps-capable network by 2028 1 ,
ViewQwest aims to make 10Gbps speeds accessible to all, with an affordable plan, 100%
islandwide coverage, and unrestricted upgrade options for existing customers, regardless of re-
contract eligibility.
Previously, ViewQwest’s effective monthly costs for broadband plans were $58.98 for 10Gbps,
$46.99 for 5Gbps, and $34.98 for 3Gbps with a 24-month contract. These have now been
simplified into a single offering at $38.75/month (35% reduction from $58.98/month), priced
competitively against standard 1 and 2 Gbps plans on the market. Contracted customers can
upgrade without restrictions for as low as $6.54/month with a minimum commitment period,
while users who prefer to stay on their current plans can continue to do so.

ViewQwest also offers router bundle plans, ranging from the eero Max 7 for mainstream users

who form the core of ViewQwest’s users. These options ensure that all subscribers can fully
maximise their network performance.
Pricing and bundles
ViewQwest will henceforth offer only one broadband plan for consumers with bundled and no-
bundle options, all with a two-year contract:
