Interesting AI features
The Xiaomi 14T Pro marks a significant addition to the Xiaomi series, being the first model to incorporate AI features from both Google and Xiaomi. While not all AI functionalities were available at the time of review, we tested the AI Image Expansion, which operates similarly to the Pixel’s Magic Editor auto-frame. This feature utilizes Generative AI to extend images; for instance, it can transform a 4:3 photo into a 16:9 format by generating content to fill the sides.
Other than that, there is Xiaomi interpret audio to help you translate languages on the fly. It can also be configured to auto recognise and translate the languages. The interface can also be switched into a split screen so that both parties can read the translated text without you rotating the phone. #interpretaudio
