SINGAPORE, MAY 2, 2012 – The LG Optimus L3, a compact smartphone with timeless style first introduced at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012 in Barcelona, will debut in Singapore in May. The Optimus L3 is the first model from the L-Style design series to be launched this year. The LG Optimus L3 offers users an authentic experience in terms of style and practical technologies.

“It is important to us that we meet the needs of the many different groups of consumers that we have here in Singapore, because not everyone will require extensive features and not everyone will want to pay the extra cost for those features,” said Mr. Scott Jung, Managing Director of LG Electronics Singapore. “That’s why we’re offering the LG Optimus L3 – it packs together all the basic smartphone functions in a premium package, which is the first for a smartphone in this category.”

The LG Optimus L3 will be made available in Singapore on 5 May 2012, at a recommended retail price of S$268. With each purchase of the LG Optimus L3, consumers will be able to select one from two packages of four different coloured jelly cases from a range of seven brilliant colours: white, baby pink, pink, green, blue, yellow and purple.
