With advancement of technology, 4K displays is the way to go for the graphics and video editors. Although that seems to be the  norm, more and more games are now able to take advantage of the higher resolution. The only problem is that some of the monitors have lower refresh rate and ends up with screen tearing.

LG address this by introducing the LG 27UD88-W which is not only supports FreeSync, it also supports Game Mode and Black Stabilizer, making it suitable for both text/video editing and gaming. The LG UD88 is also the 4K UHD IPS with sRGB 99%. The clarity and details with 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 x 2160) will amaze, even up close. With over 99% coverage of the sRGB spectrum this LG monitor is a great solution for professional photographers, graphic designers or anyone looking for highly accurate color.

It also comes with split screen with on screen control. This allows it to split the screen into halves or quartets. This is especially useful for those who do programming and stocks as one will need to monitor different results from adjacent split screens.

The monitor also supports USB Type-C and USB 3.0 Quick Charge feature. You can now display 4K video, transfer data and charge a laptop or mobile device, all at the same time using a single cable with USB Type-C.
