M1 and Keppel Electric partner to offer new power plans nationwide

SINGAPORE, 1 November 2018 – M1 Limited (M1) and Keppel Electric, a leading electricity retailer in the nationwide Open Electricity Market (OEM), today announced their enhanced collaboration to enable customers to sign up for electricity plans across all M1 shops nationwide.
Following the successful soft launch of the Jurong OEM in March this year, the nationwide OEM will be rolled out progressively in the next six months, starting from 1 November 2018 for residents residing within Postal Code 58-78. Customers will now be able to enjoy exclusive offers and bundled discounts when they sign up for electricity plans at any M1 Shop.

Since April 2018, M1 and Keppel Electric collaborated for the soft launch of the Jurong OEM by enabling customers to purchase electricity plans offered by Keppel Electric at the M1 Shop located at IMM Jurong, which was sought-after by customers.
