Audio Loudness test
The Google Nest Audio is tested followed by the Google Home on the same audio track played by casting it from youtube playing on the handphone.
The audio is checked for it’s loudness in terms of decibels when it plays at 50%, 75% and 100% volume level.
With the Google Nest Audio, the loudness reaches almost 80 decibels while the Google Home is around 70 odd decibels.
In terms of the audio, the Nest Audio has the Bass Boost and it doesn’t “crack” when you turned it up to max level. The Google Home tends to be softer and has an emphasis on the treble.
