Mobile phone users usually have to choose between a prepaid card which offers value for money for outgoing voice calls but minimum data or postpaid plans which offers more data but minimum voice calls minutes. One has no contract while the other is a 24 mths contract.
So, if there is something in between and you own a smartphone, a plan that offers shorter tenure and abundant data and voice would be welcomed.
M1 introduces it’s MySim plan. The MySim plan is very similar to Singtels Combo Plan (SIM ONLY). It does not come with any bundle deal and you can’t buy a subsided smartphone with the plan.
It’s cheapest plan is mySIM 30 which comes with 300 mins of outgoing calls, 1000 SMS/MMS, 3GB (1 mth contract) or 5GB (1 yr contract) of 4G data and has free incoming calls and Unlimited free calls to 3 M1 numbers.
In contract, the cheapest Singtel SIM ONLY plan is S$27.90 and has 150 minutes of outgoing calls/free incoming calls, 500 SMS/MMS, 100MB of data bundled. It has a 3 months minimum contract

Wonder what Starhub has to offer
This is a good plan if you don’t need a new handset and the discount for 3 lines or more. you have more calling minutes and data. But beware about the additional $5.35 calling ID which is not included.
The mySIM+ is even better than the original mySIM
The Circles.Life plans are also decent.
