Bee 3 s a 3 month contract at S$14.90.
The plan comes with 1 GB data per month with 100 mins loca calls and 100 SMS, Caller ID and Incoming calls are all free.

Bee Unlimited (12 months)
This is probably the cheapest plan available (other than those free trials or $0 plan with high registration fees).
