Benchmark
CPU-Z benchmark v1.80 has changed it’s benchmark test. Thus, previous results were not comparable.
In the test, the two processors were run at default speed with memory module set to XMP Profile #1. Unfortunately, the Ryzen 3 1200 doesn’t seem to be able to run the GEIL memory module at DDR4-3200. We have to manually set the ram timings to DDR4-2933. Below are the screen shots of the two processors running on the Asrock AB350 Gaming K4 motherboard.
For comparison purposes, we chose a benchmark that is closest to the score of the Ryzen 3 1200 and Ryzen 3 1300X. CPU multithread results
Ryzen 3 1200 : 1337.8
Ryzen 3 1300X : 1569.5
In comparison, a Intel Core i7-6700K scores 1837 while the A10- 7850K only scores 757. The following chart give you an idea the performance of the two processors against the Intel counterparts.
