Conclusion
I like the colour reproduction of the LG 27UD88-W. As I usually do benchmarks of graphics cards, I can see that the tearing is greatly reduced with this monitor.
I like the OSD Split screen as I usually open a few windows side by side while monitoring the stock market and writing this article. It gave me greater flexibility than having to turn on both my desktop and notebook for the same purpose.
The only complain would be the lack of speakers on board. I might be asking for too much but if the monitor can support miracast, it would be fantastic as I can also use it to watch my android tv streams over the same monitor. Maybe there is a difference between a TV and monitor.
