Cinebench 11.5 CPU test
In CPU test is tested against the Core i5 2500K on Z68 chipset. As we can see the 6 core Phenom II X6 1100T performs faster in data crunching by almost 8%. So what about the 6 core Intel Core i7-3960X?
With the MSI X79A-GD45, Cinebench 11.5 CPU scores a blazing speed of 9.89 points. It is almost 2x faster than the Core i5 2500K. While the 6 core AMD Phenom II 1100T was ahead of the Core i5 2500K, Intel has again triumphed over AMD’s 6 core Phenom II X6 1100T by 1.83x. It is also slightly faster than the X79-UD7 we tested before.
Cinebench CPU test result shot up to 11.12pts after we overclock it to 4.7GHz on AIR.
