Hawx Demo
Hawx demo at 1920×1080 again give us very close results among the platforms. Both X79 boards score 154 fps. Compared to the AMD Phenom II 1100T, it is definitely faster. As for Core i5 2500K, the results are too close to make much of a difference.
When overclocked to 4.7GHz, it scores 150fps, somewhat a surprise as it drop 4 fps instead of adding more fps.
Great to the point review,I for one am moving away from the more costly boards and totally happy and your review shows how simplicity can be a great payoff.
