Introduction to Pixel 2 XL
The Google Pixel 2 XL is the latest flagship product from Google. It has a 6″ screen is a 18:9 wide screen QHD 2880 x 1440 pOLED screen powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. It comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of storage. It also spots the latest edition of Android OS 8 Oreo preinstalled. With 15 minutes of charging, it can last up to 7 hours of battery with it’s 3520mAH built in battery. The Pixel has a water protection rating of IP67 under IEC standard 60529.
Smart phones are slowly replacing cameras with better lens. There is a trend of having 2 lenses. Is it really necessary to have two lens ? Well the Pixel 2 XL only comes with a single lens. The back camera is a 12.2 megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture, 1.4um. The front lens is a 8 megapixel and can be used for taking selfies using voice (through google assistant). With it’s advance software, it is capable of producing quality pictures comparable to high end professional cameras even in dim light.
