The following test applications were used:
- Crystal DiskMark 5.12
- AS SSD Copy Benchmark 1.8.5636
- ATTO Disk Benchmark v3.05
- Avidemux 2.6.8 x64
- LibreOffice 5.05
- GIMP 2.8.16
- PCMark 7 v1.40
All tests above (with exception of & AS SSD & ATTO) were run at least 3 times with a system reboot in between each run. The average of the 3 runs are used in the charts.
A secure erase was done on the 2 test drives before Windows 10 was installed.
Seagate SSHD utilizes complex firmware algorithms to optimize system storage performance. Hence, 3 runs or more may be required to achieve optimum performance.
