ASRock always surprises us. I am not sure if it is because they are just demonstrating their technology capability or do they have large volumes to clear.

Anyway, remember the old AMD 480X chipset, the discrete chipset supporting the AM2 processors. ASRock is able to support AM3 processors and has the UCC feature on it.

UCC is ASRock’s answer to unlocking a 4 core turning it into a 6 core.

?Phenom II X6 6-Core CPU Ready

?Supports Dual Channel DDR3 1800(OC)
?1 x PCI Express x16 slot, PCIE Gigabit LAN
?PCIE Gigabit LAN

?ErP/EuP Ready
?Free Software: CyberLink DVD Suite – OEM and Trial; Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi MB – Trial
