Using HD Tune Pro, we see that the sequential disk benchmark shows some fluctuations in the reading and writing. For Read, it averages around 148MB/s and for write it attains an average of 123.6MB/s.

For the Kingston V Series, it has an average read of 195 MB/s and write at 105MB/s. The burst rate for the OCZ Vertex 2 is almost doubled that of the Kingston (90MB/s) at 196MB/s.
