The plans are cheap and IDD rates are pretty decent. As these plans target the migrant workers, local citizens / residents may not apply or approved.
It is not known if customers from other telcos can port in their numbers to VivoHub ( I think it is possible).
For friends who are on employment pass and wants to try it out, the numbers you can choose range from 8770 xxxx to 8772 xxxx. You can purchase the SIM at many dormitories and provision shops.
